August started out way too hectic for me to get much reading done, but my top three this month might just be contenders for favorites of the year.

I stopped by the Paper Hearts pop up at Crying Weasel Vintage for 2nd Friday Art Night and nearly left behind the entire contents of my bank account.

lately: July Reading

I didn’t read many things in July, but WOW there were some winners.

Top Three:

Highlights:
- I am in no way exaggerating when I say that I half started more books than I finished this month.
- Not totally converted to ebook life, but will admit to appreciating the convenience factor when it came to plane hopping.

project: Paper Hearts Promos

To get ready for their website launch, the Paper Hearts Bookstore gals asked for my help in taking photos that felt like “a book birthday party” and how could I possibly resist?!

We spent an afternoon playing around with a few different ideas, and I’m already excited for another round sometime soon. Stay tuned for news of their future adventures!

lately: 2020 Reading Stats

2020 was a lot of things, so let’s talk about BOOKS. Graduating was the best thing for my reading list, second only to book club and the magnificent tracker Adrienne created.

- the full list of books which I am ready to discuss at any moment
- an already packed 2021 list that is always accepting new suggestions
